The 10 Day Give: DAY TWO!

October 2, 2012

Before we can tell you what fun we are giving away today, we first have to share what we gave away yesterday!  Based on your votes we gave away…

Year of Plenty, by Craig Goodwin

And the winner you ask?!

Renata!!!!

Congratulations to Renata and a BIG thanks to everyone who voted!

Now for today’s give away.  Look at this adorable little sign!

We should all have one hanging in our homes to remind us to always be prepared!  Life’s happenings often come fast and unexpectedly.  The more prepared we are the nearer our goal of walking through life as examples of the beautiful Proverbs 31 woman.

To enter today’s give away all you have to do is leave us a comment here or on our Facebook page about “where you would like to hang this sign.”

And don’t forget to take our poll letting us know where you are on your journey of preparedness!

I love that sign! I would hang it on our pantry door for several reasons. First, the door stays closed because our pantry shares space with the laundry room, so the sign would beautify the door. Secondly, I am always *using* the door since I am constantly (it seems) doing laundry or preparing meals, which means I would see the sign countless times, and it would be a recurring reminder as well as bringing a smile to my face. Thirdly, our kitchen is the hub of our home, so everyone congregates there, and the door is visible from any angle in the kitchen…including the table. So, it would be seen, be decorative, be a reminder, and bring smiles. What could be better? 🙂
