Why It’s Important To Stand Up For Real Food!

It’s important so people won’t get sick.  Fake food has too much calories and some kinds of gum have plastic in it.  And they kill CAFO’s animals which is bad for you.  And they put chemicals in the food.  And some milk has hormones.

How to stay healthy: Oil pull every day, drink bone broth every day, eat seeds every day, drink kombucha every day, GSE, kefir.

How to stand up for real food: Attend Rallies For The Right To Know and other events which promote real food.  Vote with my fork which means to support real food.
