It’s A Party – Week 3 – Just For Mom

March 14, 2012

Time is flying and we are having WAY too much fun here in the Provision Room!  Who knew taking baby steps towards emergency and “life-happening” preparedness could be so much FUN?!  There’s no panic here…just a sense of doing what is right to prepare our families!

This week we’re giving away two more amazing gifts!  First from our friend Kelly over at Generation Cedar.  She is graciously giving away a large skin care gift set!  This set includes an 8 oz. Lotion, Shea Body Butter (4 oz.), Brown Sugar Scrub (4 oz.), Soap and Loofah Sponge.

All of Kelly’s products are completely natural, and I mean that in the very best way!  You won’t find any artificial ingredients, perfumes or dyes.  Nothing but pure luxury to help soothe away mommy’s stress!  After a long day in the kitchen you really deserve a little pampering!  Watch for our interview with Kelly to hear how she dealt with real-life emergency and found God’s grace and mercy through it all.

Now our second gift comes from a very dear friend of mine (Kristina here.)  This gal has been dreaming of starting a clothing line for as long as I’ve known her.  She is a wealth of sewing knowledge and has a passion for making “real” women feel comfortable in their own skin.  I’m so excited to share with you, our Provision Room party goers, Ms. Theresa’s Apron Brigade apron.  This is the apron you will love to put on whenever you feel your mommy super powers flowing!

Isn’t it pretty!  Ms. Theresa even embroidered the scripture reference Proverbs 31:25 on the pocket.  Every time you put this apron on you can say to yourself, “I am clothed with strength and dignity; I can laugh at the days to come!”

Here’s how you can enter this week’s giveaway:

1.  Send us a picture in your apron to be part of our merry band of homemakers in the Apron Brigrade, theprovisionroom@gmail.com! (1 entry)

2. Visit the Generation Cedar website and tell us what products you like.  (1 entry)

3. Blog about our giveaway on your blog and leave us a comment telling us you did it.  BE SURE TO ALSO LEAVE US THE LINK so we can visit your blog.  (1 entry)

4.  Like us on Facebook if you haven’t already and tell us that you did it!  (1 entry)
