Monthly Goals… Our Baby Steps Toward Being Prepared
I’m your crazy friend who is always getting a bee in her bonnet about something new and exciting. I’m the one who jumps in with both feet not thinking through all the details. I confess my “see it through” attitude up and left before it ever got started. I am not a closer. But my dear friend Daja told me, every book needs an ending not just a beginning. Yes!
So this is where we will practice what we preach. We’re not going to jump off the deep end and run out and purchase a $1,000 worth of already prepared for us freeze-dried food products. (That would just be for my family by the way. Daja would have to buy two of those neatly packaged emergency preparedness kits for her crew.) We are going to slowly over the next year thoughtfully plan and prepare our Provision Rooms for any emergency. Say it with me… Baby Steps. Again… Baby Steps.
Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin… Zechariah 4:10
Each month we will post our joint monthly goals and for our individual family goals. Then we will come back and report on how we did. The good, bad, and the laughable.
